Enrollment for Part 1 of Telehealth Adolescent Health Series (AHS) is now open!
This 10-week course will begin on January 13th and continue every Thursday through March 17th from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. PST. Adolescent Health Series is designed to educate students with autism and related disabilities on relationships, their changing bodies, cyber safety, health, and nutrition.
The first session will be an informational session for parents where we will review the curriculum and lesson plan for the series. Below are topics that we will be discussing for the other sessions:
- Types of relationships (family, friend, acquaintance, strangers)
- Making and keeping friends
- Styles of communication
- Public vs. private behaviors
- And much more!
Location: via Telehealth Ages: 11-18
**Parent training or direct hours can be utilized for this series.
