Community Integration Program (CIP)

Come join other peers at the "Crafternoon" Event at the South Chula Vista Branch Library. This visit is a great opportunity for clients to practice independence, and community interaction in a calm, structured setting.

• ✨ Independence & Life Skills – Learn how to navigate the library, follow quiet rules, and check out a book

• ✨ Literacy & Listening – Build early literacy through storytime and print exploration

• ✨ Community Participation – Experience a real-world environment that encourages respectful behavior and curiosity

• ✨ Confidence Building – Foster a sense of independence and accomplishment in a community setting

📢 Reminders: Supervision is required, and all event time counts toward your child’s prescribed hours. Caregivers are responsible for any entry or program fees associated with their child’s therapist. Caregiver participation is required—siblings and friends are welcome to join!
