Community Integration Program (CIP)
Join us for a quiet adventure filled with stories, learning, and skill-building at our Community Library Outing! This visit is a great opportunity for clients to practice communication, independence, and community interaction in a calm, structured setting. Whether checking out books or exploring a reading nook, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

✨ Communication & Social Skills – Practice asking for help, making book choices, and engaging in conversations
✨ Independence & Life Skills – Learn how to navigate the library, follow quiet rules, and check out a book
✨ Literacy & Listening – Build early literacy through storytime and print exploration
✨ Community Participation – Experience a real-world environment that encourages respectful behavior and curiosity
✨ Confidence Building – Foster a sense of independence and accomplishment in a community setting
Event Cost: $0 this is a FREE EVENT
Additional Details: Pop-Up STEM: Geology will be for ages 8 and above. There will be themed activities focused on learning about Geology!

📢 Reminders: Supervision is required, and all event time counts toward your child’s prescribed hours. Caregivers are responsible for any entry or program fees associated with their child’s therapist. Caregiver participation is required—siblings and friends are welcome to join!
