ACES in Community: Restaurant Outing
Event Details

Join us at Islands Restaurant to eat with our friends and family for a night out. For this restaurant event, clients can practice ordering and paying for their own meal as well as eating and socializing with peers!

Priming clients ahead of time with what is on the menu would be great! Eating will be from 4:00-5:30 PM. After that, from 5:30-6:00 PM, clients have the choice to practice safety skills in the parking lot, practice self-help skills in the nearby stores, or practice social skills in the park nearby.

Event Cost: Menu items range from $10-20.

CIP, Community Integration Program, is a community-based group ABA program that allows clients to access community locations and activities with ABA and Family support. A parent or caregiver is required to attend the event with the client. Open to all ages.

Reminders:

  • This event is for ACES Clients and their families, siblings are encouraged to attend

  • Parents or Caregivers are required to stay for the duration of the event

  • Parents or Caregivers pay for the cost of the event for their child and siblings attending. ACES staff will be there to support your child and family during the event
