Open ACES November 7, 2020

All Aboard for another fun Saturday at ACES! This week’s theme is vehicles and transportation. We’ll have all activities and games focused on this theme. You’ll experience everything from learning what to pack for a vacation, practicing for airplane travel, to parts of vehicles and the sounds they make. So, however you get to ACES this weekend, fly, bike, drive or run, make sure you’re ready for lots of fun!Open ACES is a clinic based program for children of all ages and abilities to come to our clinic to socialize, play, and engage in thematic curriculum that promotes learning and new experiences. Check with your funding source or supervisor to see if your child is eligible to attend clinic based programs. Parents do not need to stay, but are welcomed with a Supervisor present. Attendees should bring a snack.

Open ACES Provides a New Opportunity for Your Child to:

• Socialize with peers
• Generalize mastered skills
• Be exposed to novel stimuli to keep them engaged in their ABA therapy (motivation is everything)
• Build rapport with novel BI’s by pairing them with a fun experience at ACES
• Get extra support from various professionals who attend Open ACES

**Please note, if your child already attends a group in the clinic on Saturdays, they will have access to the Open ACES event activities.During Open ACES, we will continue to follow all Health and Safety Standards and guidelines outlined for our other Physical Distancing Groups.
