Behavior Technician

Behavior Technicians are the heart and soul of ACES because they implement the care plan directly with the client. Working as a Behavior Technician is a great way to start your career in ABA, and ACES is here to help you grow, whether you aspire to become a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or pursue further certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

BCBAs are master’s-level, board-certified professionals who supervise the work of BTs and RBTs. They create each client’s care plan and keep up with the latest tools and techniques for delivering high-quality, customized ABA therapy. Diversity within our BCBA team is crucial to meeting the needs of clients who come from all backgrounds and present with a wide range of behaviors. Additionally, many of our BCBAs mentor and support BCABAs in further developing their skills and leadership in the field.

Support team

From decorating the office for holidays to helping caretakers feel heard, there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make ACES the nurturing place that it is. If you’re someone with patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you.
