ACES Staff with Client - Forbes Best Employeer

ACES was first recognized on Forbes' list of America's Best Mid-sized Employers in 2019. ACES has been recocognized three times in a row.

Founded in 1996 by Kristin Farmer, a highly regarded expert in the autism field, ACES provides applied behavioral analysis ("ABA") therapy in home, school and clinic-based settings. The company's highly tenured, clinically led senior management team pairs a comprehensive suite of evidence-based, therapeutic methodologies with an expansive referral network and strong payor relationships across its eight-state footprint.

Forbes and Statista selected the America's Best Employers 2022 through an independent survey applied to a vast sample of approximately 60,000 American employees working for companies with more than 1,000 employees in America. Across 25 industry sectors, 1,000 employers - 500 large employers and 500 midsize employers - have been selected.

"At ACES, our mission - to enhance the lives of individuals and their families impacted by autism through our comprehensive services - is driven by our dedicated team members who work tirelessly to make life more accessible and inclusive for all," said Kristin Farmer, Founder and CEO of ACES. "We are honored to be recognized as a winning team by our team members, one that is supportive and creates a positive place to work. I extend my heartfelt thanks to them for their countless contributions to ACES and to the broader community."

The evaluation process for the list was based on direct and indirect recommendations from team members who were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employers to friends and family. Team member evaluations also included other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively.
