In addition to all the clinic and community-based events and programs offered by ACES, we offer telehealth programming to assist parents and caregivers in accessing generalization opportunities in circumstances where they may not otherwise feel comfortable leaving the home setting (e.g., due to illness or other limitations).

ACES Virtual Community Integration Program (Virtual CIP) is a virtual group ABA program that allows clients to access community locations and activities via Telehealth with ABA and Family support. A client and their Supervisor or Behavior Interventionist (BI) may attend via telehealth or a client may attend with their in-person BI or Supervisor and access the group virtually.

Families are encouraged to attend with the whole family (I.e., siblings and other caregivers) so everyone can learn to support the child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the generalized setting.

Virtual CIP events provide an opportunity for ACES clients and their caregivers to access peers, alternate settings and fun family locations or activities virtually. We identify locations that families would want to go to together outside of an ABA session.

Virtual CIP was created to provide opportunities for families to engage in typical family fun virtually with support from ACES staff. The goal of Virtual CIP is for families to gain access to peers and novel activities and locations (virtually) that may be of interest to your child.
