Early intervention makes such a huge difference for the children we work with because it helps facilitate learning those pivotal skills children learn before and during preschool: vocal communication; play with peers; toileting; and communicating basic wants and needs. Seeing them develop those skills gets everyone (direct staff, supervisors, parents and learners themselves) so excited, it's like a key that unlocks something within these special humans. It's a gift to be able to work with and see the progress our learners make everyday."
